As a licensed REALTOR® and appraiser I offer all of my clients over 10 years of knowledge in the real estate industry. My knowledge of real estate covers buying, selling, listing, valuing, mortgages, investment properties, appraisals, phase 1 environmental impact studies, and real estate litigation.
Utilizing this experience to assist you in one of the biggest investments of your life, the purchase or sale of your home. My biggest asset is my ability to understand the valuation process as well as the mortgage industry. I will take the time to explain the process and eliminate the guesswork involved in the sale or purchase of your home. My goal is to make this an exciting and enjoyable experience as opposed to a stressful one.
Brian Ferguson has a bachelors degree of business management from Mount Saint Mary College, is a licensed REALTOR® and a certified appraiser with over 10 years of real estate experience.
The Ferguson family has been valuing houses on Long Island, in the real estate market, for over fifteen years. It started with our father, George Ferguson, who founded Ferguson Appraisals Ltd. in 1990 and has passed his experience down to his son.
